Quick And Easy Lemon Chicken Breasts
These chicken breasts are quick and easy to prepare, moist, tender and super healthy as well. What's not to love about them? Chicken breasts are naturally low in fat, this recipe has no added salt and calls for heart healthy grapeseed oil. You should know if you purchase frozen, seasoned chicken breasts they have quite a bit of salt added, so if you are watching your sodium intake you will want to use fresh or ones you've frozen yourself.
Cooking directions: Place chicken in baking dish, sprinkle with garlic and pepper. Mix lemon juice and grapeseed oil together and pour over chicken in baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 - 50 minutes. Serves 6
Tip: To cook chicken breasts from frozen, simply bake an extra 10-15 minutes.
Tip: Make extra, the left overs are great for chicken sandwiches, salads and stir fries!
